Los Tarascos was founded by Hugo and Maria (Licho) Caballero in 1995. They immigrated from Michoacan, Mexico to Colorado with their three children, Priscilla, Hugo, and Gema. Los Tarascos has been family owned and managed since its opening in 1995.
With Hugo and Maria's passion for cooking and creativity, Los Tarascos has become a staple in the Fort Collins dining scene for over two decades. The Caballeros pride themselves in their excellent Michoacan dishes and customer service.
